4. manager focuses on system, leader focuses on people (motivasi, bekerja dalam perusahaan atau organisasi untuk tujuan bersama yang besar);
5. manager relies on control, leader relies on trust (pembangun kepercayaan di antara anak buah);
6. manager has short view, leader has long perspective (visi jangka panjang);
7. manager asks how and when, leader asks what and why;
8. manager accept status quo, leader challanges it!
9. manager does things right, leader does the right things.
